The Exec only has dedicated private individual office spaces for lease. The Exec still has the feel of a collaborative work environment with the shared amenities (such as the conference room, break room, and reception areas) while still providing a quiet space for tenants to work in.
The Exec also offers small businesses a multi-office arrangement without the responsibility of overhead costs of a true multi-office suite such as utilities and common area cleaning.
The Exec provides ample security and privacy for tenants. The building is unlocked from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, however, tenants have access to the building 24/7 with their individual key cards. This provides additional safety measures for any tenants working late at night or on weekends. Additionally, each office door has its own lock and key to keep the tenants’ belongings safe when they are not in their office.
