The minimum length of lease, known as "term", at The Exec is 1 year or more for both our un-furnished executive offices as well as our smaller, furnished cube offices. You can commit to a longer term than a year, which may be beneficial to you in pricing. If you only commit to a year, we always provide built-in rental options in your Lease Agreement empowering you to renew so that you can keep your space claimed as your renewal date draws near.
